Altered Beast abeast.zip The original game for the genesis! The graphics suck, the music sucks, the control sucks, but DAMN is it a fun game! I can remember playing this one for hours on end, those were the days...memories... 333 kb

Cyborg Justice cyborg.zip This would have been a much better game if the control was better, but as it stands it's a real good sidescroller. Where else could you rip out your opponent's arm and throw it at him? 260 kb

Golden Axe goldaxe.zip Golden Axe is among the best side-scrollers/beat-them-up-kill-em-all genre. The controls are sharp and the gameplay rocks. The only thing bad is the magic runs out too fast and there are no good recharge times during the game. 349 kb

Megaman: the Wily Wars wilywars.zip The game play is good, it has a bit sluggish control. The music is very Megaman-ish so that's good. But you can actually play the first couple of levels and not die, I commend your skill. The replay value is high, which makes it a good game to have. IMO they could have easily picked better Megaman games to put here. 1.01 Mb

Toe Jam and Earl tjerl.zip Another game I used to have when I was but a lad... the overall of this game is a generic standard for the Genesis (so nothing special) but the whole Rapmaster thing is funny, worth downloading. 605 kb

Unfortunately the battles get a too long and boring (about 1:30 for the harder ones) and the game is too short. There could have also been a greater choice of troops and weapons. 590 kb

Herzog Zwei herzog.zip IMO the best strategy/action game ever made. It takes elements from strategy games and fast paced action games and blends them into one!!! The best genesis game!!!

Sword of Vermillion swordofv.zip A good Action/RPG game for the Genesis, the story is kind of uneventful and the game is quite linear. But the gameplay is very good for its time and the music is good and I found myself playing a lot in one sitting. Definitely worth checking out! 404 kb

Thunderforce 3 thunder3.zip As for the game itself : it rocks; it's fast, trigger happy, action. It has cool weapons and power ups, the graphics are nothing short of amazing. Klax klax.zip This game is crazy, but that's what makes it good. This game takes the simple Tetris concept and expands it into a crazy free-for-all sort of game. The game is tough, but not ridiculous. The game gets progressively harder as you play, making the game more challenging and not so repetitive. 107 kb

Sonic Spinball sonicspn.zip A fun little distraction. Sonic Spinball is a good game to kill time. While not the best pinball game out there, it's still fun for those looking for an alternative to "real" pinball. (cuz where else can you control the ball?) 516 kb
